We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Because our items are thoughtfully printed on demand and tailored to your unique narrative, our return policy is designed to balance the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship with your rights as a consumer under European Union law.
Custom & Personalized Pieces
Every Yuvio framed art print, eco-conscious tote, die-cut sticker set, and flat card pack is intimately tied to your personal story, featuring your specific dates, names, or messages.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c) regarding bespoke and clearly personalized goods, these custom items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Because they are made specifically to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind or customer spelling errors.
We highly encourage you to review your personalization details, selected materials, and sizing carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure your piece aligns perfectly with your vision.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Pieces
If your purchase includes items from our collection that are completely standard and contain no custom text or personalized elements, EU law grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Damaged or Defective Items & Statutory Guarantee
We hold our materials and printing processes to the highest gallery standards, but we understand that transit issues or rare craftsmanship errors occasionally happen. Your purchase is fully protected by the EU statutory legal guarantee against inherent product faults.
For Transit Damage: If your piece arrives damaged from its journey, please help us resolve it swiftly by:

Providing your order number alongside clear, well-lit photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging.

Once we thoughtfully review the images, our team will arrange a complimentary replacement to restore your design vision as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Our mindful production process begins shortly after your order is placed to ensure timely delivery and reduce waste. If you need to cancel your order or refine a personalization detail, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
While we will do our absolute best to accommodate modifications within this window, once a custom piece has entered the active printing or framing phase, we can no longer alter or cancel the order.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your curated package has been delivered, but it has not arrived, please reach out to us. We will work directly with our shipping couriers to investigate the delivery. Please note that Yuvio cannot be held legally responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
